These terms apply to purchases made through Emily's School Books.
Listings and availability
Many books are one of a kind. We aim to describe each item accurately, including its edition, condition, and included materials. A product is not reserved until payment is completed, and an order may be canceled and refunded if an item is unexpectedly unavailable.
Prices, shipping, and tax
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Orders are accepted for delivery within the United States unless otherwise stated.
Orders and payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the item is available. We may cancel and refund orders affected by inventory errors, suspected fraud, or an incorrect price.
Cancellations and returns
You may request cancellation before shipment. Returns are accepted within 30 days, and Emily's School Books pays return shipping. See the Shipping & Returns policy for details.
