Shipping, cancellations & returns
Clear expectations from checkout through delivery.
Shipping
Orders ship from ZIP code 17315 within one business day after payment is confirmed. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package. Available USPS services are shown before payment, including Media Mail when the order is eligible. Tracking is provided after shipment.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is received before shipment. Email emilysschoolbooks@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a return.
30-day returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Emily's School Books pays the return shipping cost and provides return instructions. Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Contact us before mailing a return so we can provide the correct instructions.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or does not match its listing, email us with the order details and photos when possible. We will help make it right.
